• Processing Times: All orders for physical books on skincare routines and related products are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
• Shipping Costs and Methods: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the package’s weight and destination. We offer standard and international shipping (where available).
• Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Typically takes 3 to 7 business days after processing.
• International Shipping: Delivery times may vary from 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
• Customs Duties and International Taxes: Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by the destination country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient; VANWARD MARKETING SERVICES LLC has no control over these costs.
• Lost or Damaged Shipments: If you receive your package damaged or if it has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at contact@vanwardmarketingservices.com, providing photos of the damaged package (if applicable) and your purchase details so that we can work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
